2017 was a digital year for POYWE and we believe that we were in the middle of a trend within youth work with this.
We supported the Digital Youth Work Conference that was organised by the Austrian National Agency Erasmus+ – Youth in Action in November in Vienna. This gave us the chance to meet 100 dedicated “digital” people – speakers, facilitators and participants and we learned a lot, which with this LOGBOOK #5 we would like to share.
Find here contributions on the strategic approach to digital youth work, the results of the European Expert Group, online learning, online street work or gaming with a purpose – to name only a few.
But not all is digital – thus we also bring to you:
Interviews with Nomie and Peter, a young woman and a youth worker from The Netherlands, descriptions of the current state of professional open youth work in Bavaria, Sweden and Wales and the latest research results from the RAY Research Network (those with a focus on digital capacities – we admit).
Enjoy the browsing of LOGBOOK #5 and let us know what you think!
