In our current project “Providing Perspectives – Preventing Violence” we are researching the contribution of youth work to the prevention of violence/violent radicalisation (of all forms) among young people. This research is one element that will enable us to achieve our goals of developing a concrete Training Moduel for youth workers and producing recommendations for stakeholders and practitioners on the topic.
We want to learn about your youth work practice to address the needs of different groups of young people. We would appreciate it if you could take the time to fill in this online-questionnaire. It will take about 20 minutes. Your answers are anonymous and will be treated with confidentiality.
The survey can be filled in online in Croatian, Dutch, English, German or Norwegian and is open for youth workers from any country in Europe.
Young people all over Europe are discussing their ideas for a living together in a better way in Aware & Active Idea Labs. In June representatives of all those Labs will get together in Ljubljana and together design a common European Campaign.

In 2017 also our colleagues in Austria held their yearly national conference on the topic of Digital Youth Work and gathered around 300 interested youth workers in Vienna.
For all those who are able to read German, their extensive documentation of the event might be of interest – find it here.
The Symposium will take place in Tallinn on 26-28 June 2018 and gather 100 practitioners, policy makers and researchers to reflect on how digitalisation is tackling and can tackle inequalities and marginalisation of young people.
Applications will be open on the webpage of the EU-CoE youth partnership begining of March. The event is organized in cooperation with the Ministry for Education and Youth of Estonia, and it will also mark the 20th anniversary of the EU-CoE youth partnership.
